Eliza Bellows King Dooley (May 31, 1880 – August 7, 1958), further seen as Elisa B. Young. Dooley, was an American control official, artist, and writer.

She was appointed US District Delegate of Immigration and Naturalization Live in in San Juan, Puerto Law in 1933.

Early life
