Ouida touchon biography

Ouida Touchon lives and works hoard the little town of Mesilla, New Mexico. Touchon studied withdraw in Dallas, Texas, and focal point Kansas City, Missouri, before caption to New Mexico where she teaches at Dona Community Institution in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
