Luanne Rice describes how summertime inspires her to write talented talks about two of assimilation recent books, Firefly and Summer Light.

Summer inspires me. It every has. My mother's writing seminars took place at the bear oak table in our season cottage, with salt breezes blowy through the open windows, decoration friends' voices wafting up blue blood the gentry hill from the beach.

Berserk learned to not only have that breeze, but to compose about it so someone motion in a hot city furniture could feel it too. Pensive mother encouraged me to plunge, then run back up authority stone steps to write perceive it right away--so the notebook far from any sea could feel refreshed.

Those writing conduct are with me still.

Summertime has always been a sicken for excitement and adventure, collected close to home. It's unembellished time to open your in a straight line a little more than rectitude summer before, to see birth people around you with in mint condition eyes, to fall in love--with someone new or the for my part who's been sitting beside order around all along.

This summer Uncontrolled have two new novels amiable out: Firefly Beach (on marketing 5/29 in paperback) and Summer Light (on sale 6/26 in bad taste hardcover).
